Week #7

I hope everyone had a restful Thanksgiving.
A Thanksgiving Prayer (By K.B.)

Dear God,
You are the Lord of the earth!
I love you because you made trees for us to live.
Thank you for water and food to live.
Thank you for a house for shelter from the cold and for warmth.
Thank you for a school to learn and make friends.
I will try to impress you.
Amen

Reminders:

*Please sign/initial your child's agenda daily

*Students are asked to read nightly for at least 20 minutes (either alone or with a partner/adult)
*Please pay your student fees if you have not done so.

Looking Ahead to This Week:
*Tues. Oct. 15, 2019: IEP (Individual Education Plans) go home for parent review.
*Tues. Oct. 15, 2019: SEA (Special Equipment Amount) Coach in classrooms to work  with all Grade 3 students on digital tools (i.e. Google Read and Write, specifically Word Prediction)
*Tues. Oct 15, 2019: Homework folders go home (Week #7). They are due Monday, Oct. 21, 2019.
