Week#5
Wearing an orange shirt and promoting the slogan, Every Child Matters is an affirmation of our commitment to raise awareness of the residential school experience and to ensure that every child matters as we focus on our hope for a better future in which children are empowered to help each other.
Today children will be bringing home their blue homework folder. Guidelines have been established for a title: Homework Week 5, subtitles for each strand: Number Sense, Measurement, Geometry, Patterning, Data Management, and Language. All titles and subtitles are to be underlined.
Looking Ahead to This Week:
*Mon. Sept. 30, 2019: Orange Shirt Day/Gospel Value and Grandfather Teaching Assembly at 10:00
*Monday, Sept. 30, 2019: Homework folders go home. They are due Monday, Oct. 7, 2019.
*Monday, Oct. 7, 2019: Picture Day

*Please sign/initial your child's agenda daily
*Students are asked to read nightly for at least 20 minutes (either alone or with a partner/adult)
