In Math, students are continuing to work on strategies for addition and subtraction. They will solve problems involving the addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers, using a variety of mental strategies.
Sample Question: Create one sentence that uses the following words and numbers: difference, greater, 10, 80
In Language, students will be investigating biographies and writing a non-fiction report that includes:
*A topic sentence (introduces the topic)
*Supporting details (4 - 6 sentences about important events in their life)
*A concluding sentence (include a personal thought)
